The goal of Post Approval Verification and Education (PAVE) is to verify an accurate and consistent protocol performance conducted in accordance with the University of Texas at El Paso’s (UTEP) Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and Institutional Bio-safety Committee (IBC)-approved protocol and federal regulations. 

Please submit any concerns regarding the IRB, IACUC, and IBC below. This survey has anonymity assurance enabled to protect your identity.
